Before submitting a Medical Hold Request…A reminder from our membership agreement that all memberships can be frozen for medical purposes for a maximum of 90 days in a calendar year.
If you have used up your hold period, we still have your back! Email rachel@missionsportsperformance.com for home workouts, travel workouts, or other support while you’re away from the facility!
Notes:
• You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for medical reasons for a maximum of 90 days in a calendar year.
• Your membership hold will be processed within 5 business days.
• Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.Your membership hold will be processed in 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This prior notification is REQUIRED by the billing company. If you are billed during this time, your payment will remain as a credit on your membership account for when you return.
